All items of Extraordinary Value must be identified in writing to your shipper. Items of high value are defined as those items having a value greater than $100 dollars per pound per article. Some examples are:

Antiques
Art and coin collections
China
Computer software
Crystal
Currency
Figurines
Firearms
Furs
Jewelry
Manuscript
Oriental rugs
Precious stones or gems
Silver and silverware
Televisions or stereos
Video Cameras

These items are NOT covered, unless 1. they are declared in advance and 2. additional valuation is purchased.

Items of Important/sentimental value should NOT be packed in your shipment, but handled by you, include but not limited to:

Address Books
Airline Tickets
Car Keys
CDs
Checkbooks
Computer disks
Financial Documents
IRA/Deeds/Tax Records
Jewelry/Furs
Medicine
Personal video tapes
Photos/albums
Professional files
Research projects
School records
Software silver
Stocks/bonds
